The Brief
Ogilvy’s creative leadership came to SIXTEEN to build out their international design offering. The brief was to support in hiring for a consolidated design team, to service the wider advertising structure, across all integrated channels. Supporting across junior, middleweight, senior & lead level. An interesting time to be part of an advertising organisation looking to put design at the centre of its global operations.
The Outcome
SIXTEEN provided a 360 view of the market, and headhunted best-in-class talent that spoke to the brief. Migrating some of the most promising integrated and motion design talent to build this super design team. Brokering amazing visual design talent as well as a bolt on content creation team to bring freshness to this advertising giant.
