STUDIO RM engaged with SIXTEEN to guide and broker hiring, across their international operation. Ultimately handling hiring for the studio across a range of segments over an ongoing relationship.
Looking to develop departments across leadership, new business, colour, grade, production and marketing. Studio RM worked in tandem with us to access best in class talent to grow their London, New York & Paris studios.
The Outcome
Working in partnership internationally, has meant the studio have hired world class talents across their Colour & VFX roster, and now have some of the industries strongest production & operational personnel supporting.
The team now have full service offerings in London and New York, with SIXTEEN opening a third site with RM in Paris in 2024.
SIXTEEN continues to steer talent internationally for the studio which has seen YoY growth, a raft of awards, double digit growth headcount wise and a firm hold on the luxury production landscape.
